Each kit includes all of the dry ingredients needed for the sweet recipe, a healthy dinner recipe and specialty cooking tools. Contains wheat, soy, and egg.

Shipping: Your first food crafting kit will ship within 3-4 business days. Your subsequent kits will be shipped on the 15th or 30th of each month, depending on your original order date. Please see our FAQ section for more info.
