Spoon the ripe avocado into the blender.
Measure the cocoa powder.
Pour the melted chocolate or maple syrup into the blender.
Measure and pour the plant-based milk into the blender.
1 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips, melted or maple syrup
¼ cup soy or almond milk
pinch of sea salt
berries or bananas to garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes to soften.
In a blender or food processor, add 3 softened dates, 1 avocado, ¼ cup cacao powder, 1 tablespoon of either melted chocolate or maple syrup, ¼ cup plant-based milk, and a pinch of sea salt.
