Healthy Shamrock Shake

Worried that your child isn’t getting enough greens? This Healthy Shamrock Shake is the perfect way to sneak all-natural greens into a tasty treat that’s perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.

Thanks to the spinach in this shake, it’s full of fiber, which helps you feel full and provides you with a number of heart-friendly vitamins including A, C, and folate. While spinach is full of health benefits, we know that not everyone will love the taste. Choose sweeter citrus fruits, like mango and pineapple, to help mask the taste of the spinach. This Shamrock Shake also calls for coconut water, which provides hydration and has more potassium than four bananas!

If this shake is a hit among your family members, double or triple the recipe and store each serving in a mason jar. Place in freezer until ready to blend. Store up to one week.
