There’s nothing like a good, healthy twist on a classic chocolate chip cookie, and thanks to Mandy Fayne, writer of the blog Healthfull Ever After, we have a delicious Granola Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe to share with you.
This recipe uses Jolly Oak Granola, which is an all-natural granola that comes in four different flavors. Jolly Oak has no GMOs, no preservatives and every flavor uses ingredients that are recognizable. And take our word for it — it is absolutely delicious!
One of the best things about this recipe is that it’s completely customizable. When testing this recipe we used Jolly Oak’s Dark Chocolate Coconut Raisin Granola, so we omitted the chocolate chips this recipe calls for, and there was still plenty of chocolate flavor. You can also include walnuts or pecans.
And if you’re feeling really adventurous, you can even turn these cookies into the perfect summer treat — an ice cream sandwich. We tried it with some natural vanilla bean ice cream, and it paired wonderfully with the cookies!
