Fruit Pizza

Ingredients

One whole-wheat bagel, or pita bread cut in half
1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
½ tbsp honey
½ pint of strawberries cut into half slices
1 medium Banana cut in to slices
A half of pint of blueberries or raspberries
1 tbsp of peanut butter (can be omitted)

Directions

  1. Slice a whole-wheat bagel in half.
  2. Spread the cream cheese across the bagel.
  3. Take the honey and spread it across the whole bagel.
  4. Take the peanut butter and spread it across the whole bagel.
  5. Slice the banana and strawberries into ½ inch pieces and place evenly around the bagel.
  6. Take the blueberries and raspberries and place in between the strawberries and bananas.
