Ingredients
One whole-wheat bagel, or pita bread cut in half
1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
½ tbsp honey
½ pint of strawberries cut into half slices
1 medium Banana cut in to slices
A half of pint of blueberries or raspberries
1 tbsp of peanut butter (can be omitted)
Directions
- Slice a whole-wheat bagel in half.
- Spread the cream cheese across the bagel.
- Take the honey and spread it across the whole bagel.
- Take the peanut butter and spread it across the whole bagel.
- Slice the banana and strawberries into ½ inch pieces and place evenly around the bagel.
- Take the blueberries and raspberries and place in between the strawberries and bananas.
