Cucumber Turkey Rolls

The last thing you’ll want to feed your kids on a hot summer day is something heavy and warm. These cucumber turkey rolls are a perfect snack or meal that’s cool, refreshing, and healthy!

Cucumbers are one of our favorite snacks for summertime because of their health benefits.

  • They are packed full of vitamin C, which is a great antioxidant.
  • The potassium in cucumbers helps your body develop muscle tissue.
  • You’ll also get plenty of vitamin K from cucumbers, which help build bones.

Kids can Help:

  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on to the cucumber slices.
  • Lay lettuce, cheese, and turkey on to the cucumber slices.
  • Roll up the cucumbers and secure with a toothpick.

Cucumber Turkey Rolls
Serves: 10 rolls
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • 3 slices of turkey
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
Instructions
  1. Evenly spread mayonnaise and mustard on to each of the cucumber slices.
  2. Evenly lay the cheese, turkey, and lettuce on to all of the cucumber slices.
  3. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Keep chilled in the refrigerator until serving.
