Ingredients
Dip:
1 Foodstirs Organic Vanilla Frosting Mix
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Fair Trade cocoa powder
Topping:
1/4 cup caramel sauce
3 Tbs pecans, chopped
*1 box matzo crackers for dipping
Directions
Place all ingredients for the dip in a large bowl. Using a hand blender, mix well until completely smooth.Spoon into a serving bowl, then top with caramel sauce and chopped pecans. Break up matzo crackers into large pieces to use for dipping.
