Ingredients:
For Chocolate Chip Cookie:
1 Foodstirs™ Organic Chocolate Chippy Mix
1 Egg
6 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (Room Temp)
For Frosting:
1 Foodstirs™ Organic Vanilla Frosting Mix
3 Tbsp Vital Farms™ Butter, cold and cubed
3 Color Kitchen™ Dye Packets
Directions
For Cookies:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Blend butter until smooth. Add egg and dry Foodstirs™ Organic Chocolate Chippy Cookie Mix and continue blending mixture until dough is formed. Drop about 1 tbsp of dough onto parchment lined baking sheet, 2" apart. Do not flatten cookies. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
For Frosting:
In a small bowl, with low speed hand mixer, cream Vital Farms™ butter and yogurt until smooth. Slowly blend in Foodstirs™ Organic Vanilla Frosting Mix and beat on medium until mixture is smooth. If frosting is too thick, add additional yogurt, 1 teaspoon at a time. Once mixed, separate frosting into 3 separate bowls.In each of the 3 bowls, add in 1 Color Kitchen mix and stir until color is smooth.
Sandwich dollops of colored frosting between two cooled cookies. Store in a container in the fridge for 1 hour to harden. Enjoy!
