Smoothies are nutritious, kid-friendly meals that are perfect anytime during the day and are portable when you are on the go! I know most school mornings are busy trying to get everyone out the door on time and so breakfast ends up being forgotten or grabbing a cereal bar that can easily be eaten in the car.
